In this table, schools are ranked in descending
order (from 1 to 178) according to how effectively they use teaching
and counselling techniques that enable both girls and boys to succeed.
The rankings (shown on the left-hand side of the table) are based
on the school's 5-year average Academic Gender Balance rating (shown
on the right-hand side of the table). The higher the average rating
(out of 10), the higher the rank awarded to the school. Where schools
tied in the average rating, they were awarded the same rank.
Note that only schools with five consecutive years
of ratings are included in this ranking.
